A script is not a robot that responds with memorized phrases. This is the framework of a conversation that helps not to forget important things and naturally leads the client to a solution.

First contact

Answer quickly, thank them for contacting you and immediately ask one or two clarifying questions about the dates, the composition of travelers and the budget of the trip.

Presentation

Offer not one, but two or three options to choose from and always explain why they suit the client’s request.

Closing

Do not be afraid to ask directly whether the client is ready to book. A clear next step and deadline help them make a decision.

Adapt any script to your own style. The client should feel they are talking to a real person, not a template.
