An objection is not a refusal, but a request for additional information. If you learn to hear what is behind the client's words, most objections can easily be turned into sales.
"Expensive"
This often means, “I don’t see value at this price.” Your task is to show what is included in the price and what risks the agent takes on.
"I will think"
Usually the client lacks confidence in the decision. Ask clarifying questions: what exactly is in doubt - destination, hotel, dates or budget.
“I found it cheaper”
Compare not only the price, but also the contents: type of food, hotel location, insurance, 24/7 support and conditions for changing the reservation.
Main rule: do not argue with the client. Join his position, and then gently lead him to a solution that benefits both parties.
