1. Who the services are for
Professional services are intended for travel agencies, business operators and authorised team members. By registering an agency or ordering on its behalf, you confirm your authority to act for it. Access to training materials does not automatically grant agency status or authority to represent XO.
2. Accounts and team access
Provide current information and use individual accounts where the service supports user roles. Do not share passwords with outsiders or use another person’s account. Agency administrators should assign appropriate permissions and remove access when a team member leaves.
Report incorrect operations, lost access or suspicious activity to support promptly. Registration on the website does not by itself purchase a paid plan.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use services for fraud, spam, unlawful data collection or infringement of customers’ rights. Bypassing authentication, interfering with systems, uploading malicious code or creating loads that disrupt other users is prohibited. Automated access is allowed through agreed interfaces and within their terms.
4. Agency and traveller data
The agency must have lawful grounds for providing staff and customer data, keep it accurate and properly inform the individuals concerned. Upload only what the operation requires. Using the service does not transfer ownership of your customer database to XO; processing rights are governed by the agreement and the law.
5. Materials, brand and results
Software, design, learning materials and trademarks are protected by their owners’ rights. Access permits use within the agreed scope; resale, public distribution of paid materials or use of the XO brand requires separate permission.
Calculators, income examples and training recommendations are informational. They do not guarantee an agency’s profit, number of enquiries or sales results.
6. Bookings and third-party services
Prices, travel availability and supplier rules may change before confirmation. Access to the booking centre does not replace an agency agreement or travel service contract. Before confirming, check the services included, supplier, payment deadlines, cancellation conditions and travellers’ documents.
External websites, applications and payment services also have their own terms. A link does not mean that XO supplies all services offered by the destination.
7. Availability, restrictions and changes
Maintenance and interruptions may occur. Specific availability and support commitments depend on the service ordered. A security threat, material breach or non-payment under a contract may require proportionate access restrictions; where possible, the user is told the reason and how access can be restored.
Changes to these rules are published with a version date. They do not retrospectively alter paid commitments already agreed. Send questions about access or these rules to the contacts below; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
